Hi, I'm Carolina.
Â
What began as movement and performance slowly became a journey inward.
Â
I began dancing at the age of 3 and at 16 years old I moved to London to pursue professional training in ballet and contemporary dance at Rambert School.
Through dance, I discovered movement not only as performance, but as a language. A way to express emotions, stories and parts of myself that words could never fully reach. Performing around the world taught me discipline, resilience and devotion to the body as an instrument of expression.
But movement also became something much deeper.
Without fully realising it at the time, dance became one of my first healing practices. Through embodiment, artistry and emotional expression, I learned how movement could access parts of myself that had been hidden, disconnected or silenced. It allowed me to reconnect inwardly in moments where I felt lost from myself.
This naturally drew me toward yoga.
What began initially as support for my career and a way to cope with intense fear of stage slowly transformed into a personal journey inward. Unlike performance, yoga gave me a space where I did not need to express anything, prove anything or become anyone else. The mat became the first place where I could simply listen.
Over time, yoga helped me reconnect to my body in a completely different way. It became part of my healing journey and played a profound role in helping me rebuild my relationship with myself, my body and my inner world after years of disconnection through an eating disorder.
Today, my approach to movement is deeply rooted in this experience.
I believe movement can be far more than physical exercise. It can become a tool for awareness, healing, emotional release, strength, softness and self connection.
Through yoga, mobility, flexibility, breath and mindful movement, my intention is to create practices that help others not only feel stronger physically, but also feel more connected, more grounded and more at home within themselves.

My Philosophy
I don't believe movement should come from punishment or pressure
For many years, my relationship with movement and with my body was deeply connected to control, perfection and the feeling of never being enough. I pushed myself from a place of fear instead of trust, disconnecting more and more from my body instead of truly listening to it.
Over time, movement became something completely different.
Through dance, yoga and embodiment practices, I slowly discovered that movement could also be healing. A space to reconnect, release emotions, build awareness and come back to myself.
This is why I teach the way I do today.
Not from perfection.
Not from pressure.
But from lived experience, healing and the belief that movement can become a powerful tool for self connection.
Whether it’s an energizing flow, mobility practice, meditation or simply learning how to slow down, my intention is always the same:
to create a space where people can reconnect with themselves with more awareness, softness and trust.
