At the moment, memberships cannot be paused. However, you can cancel anytime and rejoin whenever you’re ready to return.

The studio includes beginner, intermediate, and advanced practices. Each class is clearly labeled so you can choose what feels right for your body and experience level.

Yes — there are many beginner-friendly classes designed to help you build confidence, body awareness, strength, and mobility step by step.

Class lengths vary from short 5-10 minute practices to longer full-length sessions around 60–75 minutes.

Most classes only require a yoga mat. Occasionally, props such as yoga blocks, straps, or cushions may be suggested, but many practices can also be done without them.

At this time, classes are available through streaming only and cannot be downloaded.
